All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

After your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipment details to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become available.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at TatianaPop227@gmail.com. After this cancellation window has passed, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
